[Jack isn't out giving hugs but he is out and about accepting them and returning them with a little more than a hug. Far be it for him to turn down a nice little bit of intimacy and today is obviously the perfect day for that. He's walking around the City here and there and everywhere soaking it up like a sponge.

So, good people of the City, when you see Jack out and about walking, hug him at your own risk. You may get more in return than you bargained for.]

[Jack smiles and arches a brow, waiting expectantly for any impending Doctor hug he might get. They've spoken a few times over video so he does know who he is. And since he's the Doctor, Jack automatically adores him. It's just the way it is.]

Of course it's nice. I'm letting people get the curse out of their system and getting some hugs in return for my good will.

[ Grinning. Then he just throws up his arms. ] Oh, to hell with it, c'mere you.

I knew you'd cave. I'm very huggable.

[A large smile spreads over Jack's lips as he comes into the hug, a hand going to either side of the Doctor's face, and leans in to give him a possibly unexpected hug and full open-mouthed kiss on the lips.]

[Jack grins a bit.] Yes. It's my hello, and occasionally my goodbye... and sometimes a precursor to something more. We've kissed before, Doctor, although you weren't wearing so much hair at the time.

[ Flustered, because yes, this one blushes. ]

There's nothing wrong with my hair. [ Talk about hair, not about kissing. ]

[Oh now, isn't that adorable? This one blushes. Jack's grin spreads a bit, just because he does indeed think it's adorable and he knows he'll enjoy getting to know this version of the Doctor just as much as he has the previous ones.]
