Nothing that I've noticed, but never this much.

From the sound of things on the network, this tends to happen every few months, but it's temporary.

I'd use the word 'strange,' but I figure this is in the realms of normal for here.

It seems that way. A lot of the people who've been around for longer aren't surprised at all.
