Busy day. Busy day! So much accomplished though. Can't complain about business when there are such obvious signs of accomplishments. I like the obvious. Easier to understand. Fewer unanswered questions. Not that the mysterious doesn't have it's appeal as well. All to say that I guess it really just depends on the flavor of the day.

Today feels like an obvious day... maybe with cherries... and chocolate.

[Maybe banging on the door is a super secret... okay nevermind. With two sounding clicks to unlock it, Jack swings the door open wearing a brilliant smile. The smell of everything new wafts from the apartment to the hallway. And behind Jack, there's the culprit. Walls are painted with elaborate designs in purples, blues, browns, whites with accents in reds. This is the overall color scheme and believe it or not, it works. Although it might be shocking at first. All the furniture is new, the living room now has all the things it needs, couches chairs love seat, tables and accents. There's a dining table and chairs. The kitchen has all new appliances, the most important a state of the art coffee maker / cappucino machine. All these wonderful changes! And just wait until she gets to their respective bedrooms!]

Made a few changes, Gwen. [He steps aside.] No more living in a cave for you... us. We have a home, or what passes for a home here. But really it just needed some livening up. [Or a massive overhaul.]
