So a friend and I had a contest recently, as to whose art was more recognizable. And here is the result!

What do you think? Is the winner the creature on the left? The one on the right? Do we both need art lessons? I rather like the picture as a whole, myself.

I think they're about equal, really. Some art lessons might not hurt, if you want to be really good at it. If it was just for fun, though, that doesn't matter.

...is the tiger wearing a jacket with wings? Or does the tiger just have wings?

And I might go into art lessons someday, if I get interested enough.

[It makes him think of Digimon.] Is that normal for animals in your world? For tigers to have wings? Or the other person's world? Which one drew which?

It is very interesting. You can hardly tell two different artists worked on this.

Equals, yes I would say so. Were you two intentionally having a drawing contest or did the idea just occur after your drawing was finished?

You're both good! It's a great piece as a whole, you know? I'm definitely getting this sense of aggressiveness and anger from the expressions of the flying tiger and the dinosaur, and the fire really adds to that.

The winner would be super hard to call. The T-Rex has the size advantage, but I bet flying tigers're quick and hard to catch.

Personally I vote for the tiger, it's got much less flimsy arms.

Yeah, the dinosaur has pretty lame arms. Plus, the tiger has the flying thing going on for it, which is a huge plus.
