I don't know them fully; I only saw him face-to-face one time. All I know for sure is that he is a vampire. As for his weaknesses, even Luke did not know them.

I assume he has some of the commonly know powers. As for weaknesses, what part of 'specialized weapons' did you not understand? This one was born, not turned - the known folklore may not apply.
