In the meantime, visit the Square's butcher shop. All animal products, but it's much fresher. They're discreet - don't ask questions or gossip why some of the clientele would regularly want pints of blood, pounds of raw meat, several hearts, etc.,.
Open after hours and do deliveries if requested.
