video/action/after dark action for Ed:
[At first, nothing. Maybe Charlie's lucked out? Maybe she's not cursed. And maybe, instead of her regular alarm going off, the City decides she's to wake up to this? Yeah. It's that one. Sorry, Charlie. You're just not that lucky.
The City is treated to a shot of Charlie's bedroom. The blankets are a pile, one foot sticking out from underneath and when the music starts, a pale, thin hand shoots out towards the clock on the nightstand. It smacks the clock once, twice, three times and then Charlie's head peeks out from under the blanket to glare at the clock in confusion.]
...the hell?
[She tries turning it off again, frowning more before shrugging and standing. Stretching, running fingers through her hair and then she notices the device is on. She picks it up and sits again and from the faint bounce, she's sat on her bed.]
There some music curse going on today?
[For Ed; Action; Sometime around 9:43 PM.
Charlie's out. She's stopped at a deli for dinner and she's on the way home trying her damn best to avoid everyone because this shit is ridiculous. A music curse? Really? She didn't even know half the songs that were stalking her. One hot roast beef sandwich and bag of chips in a bag, a can of soda in her backpack and she was set to basically say 'fuck today' and hide in her room.
Because that'll happen without her running into anyone else. Suuuure it will.]

Not another.
[He's getting used to having curves thrown at him in this city, but this is just getting ridiculous. He should stay home and hope Setsuna doesn't begin singing.]

video, because he just cares about you that much, Charlie
Yeah. It's a music curse. It was bothering a poor guy in the library, too. Seems pretty persistent.
video: aww ken BRB off to find an awesome song for him
Apparently, earplugs don't work. I think it's taking a hint from the ticking, minus the socializing to get it to stop part.
video: lol - it's a good thing he's not cursed. He would walk around with his Only One theme playing

Mostly, anyway.
And then the music cuts in at just about the same time he sees her.]
Sleepin' through the evening singing dreams inside my head, I'm heading out, I've got some ins who say they care and they just might. Run away with you if things don't go as planned. Planning big could be a gamble, I've already rolled the dice.
[Maybe if he ignores it it'll go away? Yeah, that'll work.]
...Hey.
[JUST IGNORE THE MUSIC, MCGEE.]
[action!]
But then she sees Ed and several things happen at once. First, his song starts. She freezes in her tracks, listening before turning and heading right to him. There's no escaping McGee at the moment, Ed.]
You stay right where you are. I wanna hear this.
[Defiant much, Charlie? But that's okay. The City isn't done with you because, mid track after some static, this starts playing. Behold Charlie's brief battle with displaying mortification. City. Why? Is it because she burnt up part of a road that one time when the Weeping Angels tried to kill her? Because that was self defense.]
My hands are searching for you
My arms are outstretched towards you
I feel you on my fingertips
My tongue dances behind my lips for you
This fire rising through my being
Burning I'm not used to seeing you
[Charlie blushes, from cheek to cheek. Right across the bridge of her nose. Oh, fuck her life. Seriously. This...no, you know what? Watch Charlie become the most stubborn she has ever become in this City. Instead of looking away from Ed, she looks directly at him as if she's just flat out daring him to ruin this. And seriously, pay no attention to the red post-crying eyes. It's not like this day has been awful or anything.]

voice;
voice; charlie hates her life right now
This day....just...tops all others and outdoes them in weirdness. I don't think I've ever heard this song in my life.
voice; sob that song is so cute
voice; it is the only song that could convey the fact that she has a very mild crush on him.
voice; so precious

I don't know a single one except for "Sympathy For The Devil" but that played when some random person I've never met walked by.
