[Karl sits cross-legged in his cell. His eyes are clear and almost glowing in his pale face. His very aura radiates a crackling excitement. Like a child about to do something forbidden. Something thrilling. In the background, a song plays, the bass thumping like a heartbeat. Someone's clearly quite cursed - and quite past caring.]

Give it to me for two weeks. I'm a doctor. I don't need it much longer than that. I'll hold it hostage even while you're escaping. Picking a lock isn't difficult. Give me the key to your existence and I'll throw a key into the lock on your cell.
Now, as for the other half. Sweeten the deal a little and I could perhaps do something for you. Make me an offer. You want two things, you had best make me an offer worthy of both those things.
[ooc: Okay--but hold on a moment, because I'm going to tl;dr at you about some of the guidelines for Deity trades:
Usually when one makes a deal with the Deities, the deal has to be basically balanced on both sides and the deal stands regardless. As ever, City&Deities top everything and everyone else. So if you make a deal for something, there's a sort of "contractual agreement" that goes into effect and whatever is offered has to be essentially equal to whatever is to be obtained. If a character offers up a power or an object or a sense or memories or whatever for a certain length of time, that time limit stands, even if the problem the character made the trade to solve comes back around again. It's one of the consequences of the trade. I mention this because, based on the rules of Deity trades, powers don't just come back unless the time requirement of the deal is up. So if you want Karl's power to come back in a week or two weeks, we can set the deal up that way ICly and OOCly. But know that that's the only way he'd get his power back after this trade.
Also, to have two things done for him actually is a pretty pricey trade, so it would be more equivalent in this exchange either for the Deities to keep his power for longer or to have him offer up something else. For example, if Solomon is to be locked in a sort of mental cell, Karl might have to endure hyper-sensitive senses for the duration of Solomon's imprisonment. Or he could offer the use of one of this senses, or some of his memories, or some other power. The thing is that the trade has to be basically equivalent on both sides and the deal stands regardless.
Does that all make sense? We just try to keep things even for all players and their characters with regard to making these dangerous deals with the City's Deities.]

Solomon-mun would kill me xD. Just keep Solomon insensible of Karl's escape until he carries out a certain kidnapping under Sol's nose. The hyper-sensitive senses sound awesome, though! Now, I can leave someone unaware, I can draw a blind-spot in their memory and sight, I can keep them distracted, I can make them delude themselves, I can have you hiding in plain sight, I can have his eyes see you but his mind fail to register you. I can do any of these things. And I will, but you will have to--I wonder if I should tell you what I've got up my sleeve now or if you'd like to just see for yourself.

Anyway--okay, so, Karl will get out and Solomon will be unaware of the escape (the two of you have that worked out, so roll with that as you've set it up). As payment for that, Laszlo will take Karl's healing abilities for two weeks and Karl will have to endure highly sensitive senses for such time as Solomon is being kept unawares (as painful as those senses might be, they might end up useful for something like a kidnapping).]
