[Sickly sweet, the words came. Oh how he wanted to just turn the other direction and run until he couldn't anymore. But he felt a certain obnoxious demon in the area as well and he needed to make sure either of them weren't doing anything particularly stupid.

I'm not sure I would use the term 'friends'. He is my Master. But I am with him rather consistently. Take that as you will.

[He quirks an eyebrow very slightly.]

We are. He's one of the first friends I met here.

That is good to hear. I'm glad my Young Master hasn't been entirely alone while I was away.
