[He's hoping, somehow, that someone'll show up that he wants to see. In the meantime, he's keeping himself busy, getting the casino cleaned up and ready to be opened at five. That gives him a chance to pause and address the video, though.]

The majority of you have probably already been welcomed to the City. Those that haven't, well, if you need a drink and some gambling to keep you entertained, I'd suggest coming on down to my casino. It's called Lucky's, you can't miss it, and maybe we'll offer drinks specials tonight, just because people need something to deal with being stuck in a strange city for a weekend.

[A long pause as he looks away from the camera for a moment, and then back.]

And if I know you... from home... it'd be nice if you'd drop by.

Okay, c'mon, right this way.

[If he were at all a normal human being, he might be inclined to take a small child by the hand to lead them in the correct direction. He's not, so his hands go in his pockets instead.]

Now, you'll be out of here soon enough, but in the meantime, try not to eat so much candy that you get sick.

[Because let's be honest, that's what he'd do if he were a child with unlimited access to candy. It's not exactly a long walk, so he's hoping for no "are we there yet?"s.]

[That's okay. She's not a normal girl, she's perfectly fine fidgeting with her hands and leading herself right besides him.]

Don't worry, I won't! Too much of a good thing is a bad thing, that's what Papa says whenever I try to sneak extra sweets at home.

[She knows her limits, and will not make herself sick...much.]

[It's not far, and soon enough, the building comes into sight.]

That's where we're going. You'll be able to get all the help -- and candy -- you need.

[She grins in pride of her father. Her eyes go wide as the building comes into sight.]

Oh, wow, it's bigger than I thought it would be!!

[He nods.]

It's a pretty nice place. You just go on in there and talk to the owner, and she'll help you out.
