For those who don't know me from a hole in the ground, I'm Dean. We've got freaky shit like this back home. I'm not the only one providing a public service announcement, but just to reinforce what a girl named Julie posted earlier...

If you can, stay out of it. Lock and secure doors, windows, block with furniture if you've got it. Where I come from, a headshot will take things like this out, but these things are different. You have to take them apart. They travel in groups and they're strong. Do not confront unless you know what the hell you're doin'', and even then, I wouldn't advise it.

Can you control them?

Yes and no. I've been able to control and rest groups of them. Unfortunately the City enjoys restricting my powers so I'm not as strong as I would be back home. Still, they think I'm one of them so I have't been attacked.

Have you been able to discover anything about them that may assist in disposal?

You could say that. Hacking them to pieces means getting in close with a machete or something similar, which has the risk of exposure and there's more than one around at a time. If you can knock them down and then come at them before they get reoriented, you've got a shot.

Like... driving into a group of them and then taking them out or... I guess dropping a wall on them would work, too.
