[Well, at least Anya's managed to finally figure out how to work the video function on her device. But she looks nervous, uncertain, talking to herself and fidgiting with her necklace before she starts the video proper.]


So, uh...I heard that there were doctors that can help people with amnesia...and I was wondering if there were any of them here?

And, if there are...well, I'd like to see one of them, please.

[She takes a deep breath, letting it out slowly, trying to relax, before continuing.]

I don't really have money, but I can do work as payment, if you want. I just...I don't know if any of this medicine or therapy stuff will work, but I'd like to give it a try.

I've been told you shouldn't expect a miracle. But there may be a gradual improvement. You might get little bits and pieces back, if not everything.

To be honest, I'm not really expecting much. I mean, if I couldn't remember things on my own, why should this work?

...sometimes, though, there are...I don't know. Things I can almost remember, but they're just out of reach...it'd be nice if I could get those, at least.

This might work better, because the doctors have tools and knowledge at their disposal. You may at least be able to figure out why you can't remember.

Can you think of any time these things felt more vivid? Maybe something triggered them? A sound, or a scene. Sometimes it's even a scent.

I can't say, but Dr. McCoy might be able to do something. [Being from the future and all.] If not him, Dr. Chase or Dr. Cameron. The worst they can say is no.

Maybe. Don't take my word for gospel, but they're really skilled. If they can't figure it out, no one can. And it's free. It doesn't make sense to bill people since we might be at gone any moment.
