[Hello, City. Yesterday there were clowns everywhere. Today July has the result of one. A balloon in his hand. Of course, he doesn't look like the typical child at a circus, he's not smiling.

Instead he's just sitting there on his bed with his hand on the string, the balloon floating over his head. Is he supposed to do something else with it? He isn't sure. It was just handed to him and so he has it.]

Right? But there's something about them that's creepy. I think it's the face paint.

That is just paint.

But it gives them that weird fake smile, you know?
