Sometimes. The effects vary quite a bit in what they do but they typically last a day until midnight.

What do they do exactly?

( curses for her ... are well. kinda like allen's scar. )

They can affect you mentally or physically-- such as turning you into an animal, affecting how you act, your memories and other things like that.

[steelettos]

That sounds really - ( annoying ) - troublesome.

Yeah, no kidding. It seems like whatever is causing them is still in affect even without the deities.

Deposing these deities doesn't really change anything - is what it looks like to me. I mean, if people are still being brought here and these curses are still in effect, then it's as if the deities never mattered or never had power in the first place.

I don't think it has either though it's been said that they has bosses they were working for.

So unless those bosses are removed, it's going to be a never-ending cycle then?
