So...What would you put in a room if that room was going to be furnished specifically for a pair of large dogs?

Apen, large dog beds, lots of toys, and very little furniture in case they are chewers.

Yes, I'm side eyeing our youngest because he's trying to curb the chewing, but he's had some set backs.

Then yes, the less furniture the better. Also some rawhide bones for them to chew on.

I can just see him ripping up the bed one of these days and giving us a 'What? It was tasty?' look. So, yes, the less temptation the better. Chewy toys... And those- ones you can hide the treats in.

Okay that's a funny visual, but the actual act would be a mess.

Those work too. Gives them something to distract themselves with. Try those squeak toys that are stuffing free. Less mess if they chew them up, you won't have little white pieces of fluff allover.

Got a feeling they'd have a large, comfy bed if they had their way.

They'd have /our/ bed if they could.

In a shot. If they weren't already bordering on spoiled, I'd suggest getting them one.

Yeah.. the idea was to give them they're own room, not give Jasper a full sizes bed to eat.
