Well, I was kinda trying to accuse you of having sabotaged (which, for a bit of trivia, quite literally means "fucking shit up with a wooden shoe," so file that away in your memory banks and see if it earns interest) the whole affair, but since you didn't catch on to that, okay, sure. Maybe the citizens themselves managed the whole thing.

Save that most of them were inside to begin with.
