Lately, it's a bunch of things...but I mostly work with blastia. It's a special technology from my world.

No, there isn't. As I said before, there's no helping it. We'll just have to wait until tomorrow and hope they're gone.

Well, sure. It does just about everything in my world, like power machines. I have one for casting magic.

Magic? Magic doesn't seem to exist in my world. [Digital World stuff aside, it's odd and fantastical, but it doesn't seem to be magical.] In our world, we use energy to power machines. Electricity.

It's not like fairy-tale kind of magic. It's just another application of our technology--it's for fighting, like healing and attacking.

So your world's more like this place? You know, without the curses.

So you can still do far more with it than we can with electricity alone. Although, it can be used to power hospitals to help with healing.

And, yes, similar. [Doesn't mention the HUGE differences just yet.]

These devices, for example. While we have video phones, they're much larger. And I have a device for communicating through emails, but it's bulky, compared to this. They're also both separate, rather than in one device.

That's thanks to the fuel it runs on--aer or mana. Healing artes in our world can be used to accelerate healing directly on the person and seal wounds--stuff like that.

[She certainly wouldn't imagine anything like the digital world!]

Oh, I think I know what you're talking about. That kind of thing's called a computer, right? I read up a little about a few things like that.

Yes. Accept this device in the City runs like one. It's not much different, only it's larger and probably has more hard drive space. So, technically, we're using a type of computer now. At least, I'm fairly certain we are.

In my world, it exists in everything. It just needs a machine--a blastia--to be utilized in different ways. [She's generally pretty pleased when someone's interested in aer or mana. Because blastia is clearly the best technology ever!

Now that is something she'd find incredibly fascinating, too.]

I'm pretty certain you can classify it as a type of computer. Anyway, being smaller and having everything integrated into its functions is pretty convenient.
