[He's got a big pile of assorted photographs in hand, snapshots of any number of people, gathered without much rhyme or reason.

Actually, he's not paying much attention to them.

He takes another photo off the table, and moves it in front of the camera, half-covered so only the other man is visible, smiling.]

I'm looking for photographs of this man.

[And that's all he has to say.]

[ Clicking his device on, he says only, ]

I have that photograph you want, Mr. Isaak. [ He doesn't say Hand mine over. He doesn't need to. It's all but implied in the fact that he contacted the older man. ]

[ In this case, curiosity would be as beneficial to Isaak as a blind man stumbling on a rattlesnake on the road. The whole disaster encapsulated so perfectly in those photos -- Carmine's abduction and brutal interrogation at Hei's hands, his foolish attempts to later help her, the death and futility it led to -- all of that sits firmly in dangerously personal territory. ]

[ He's determined to keep this cut-and-dried. Violence-free. ]

Everything has a price. [ He lifts his chin, and the bonhomie dissipates. There's a crackle of purpose in the air around him. ] But in this case, I'm not against a simple trade.
