[Roxas is rubbing his eye as he clicks on the video.]

Guys, don't look up if you go outside today. Even if it seems like the, uh, rain is done, it could come back. And these things can hurt.

They're good, though. [He pops another one into his mouth and chews it with a thoughtful crunch, zoning out slightly before refocusing on his communicator.]

But I think some of them aren't good for you. I had one before and got all these weird pictures in my head—it was like a city, but not real, because it sort of...folded up. That was cool, but I'm pretty sure candy's not supposed to make that happen.

Just be careful, okay?

[Probably a little sooner than she thinks, since he can still use the dark corridors to get around. But he waits a little so he's not so fast it's unnerving.]

[ On the bright side, Ariadne is pretty used to wizards apparating wherever they please at that point. Dark corridors shouldn't weird her out too much. Either way, she's waiting when Roxas arrives, an orange and white kitten perched on her shoulder. ]

[He nods politely when she lets him in the door, a little uncertain; he's not a guest very often. But he brightens up when he sees the cat.]

Oh, he's really cute! Hi, there, little guy.

[ Oh, Roxas. Ariadne thinks you're adorable, despite how socially awkward you are -- or perhaps because of it. ]

Careful, he might use it to his advantage.

[ One hand goes to pluck Biscuit off of her shoulder and into her arms. ] You can pet him. He's friendly.

[Much, much less awkward than he used to be.]

I don't mind.

[He reaches out and pets the kitten gently. He's never had a pet, but he's always thought he'd get a cat if he ever did.]

[ Biscuit sniffs at Roxas for a moment before mewing, head butting into his hand. ]

Spoiled.

Heh.

[He grins and gives the kitten a few more scritches before looking back to Ariadne.]

So, you wanted to see how it works?

Yeah.

[ Biscuit is set down, and then she heads for the door. ]

Here, let me lock it and then you can do your thing.

All right. Ready when you are.

[He summons Oathkeeper in a flash. This doesn't require both Keyblades.]

[ The door is locked, and then she steps away, admiring the Keyblade for a moment. ]

Ready.

action;

[binarysky]

[He holds up the Keyblade, points it straight at the door, and after a moment, a bright light flares, connecting Keyblade and lock for several seconds.

There's a click.]

[ ... well that's... fancy.

Once the light is gone, Ariadne takes a step forward to try the door. ]

[It'll definitely be unlocked.]

[ While she's opening the door, Biscuit comes to rub up against Roxas' ankles. ]

... Wow.
