[Ne'd told Setsuna earlier that ne'd return today, but neither one had thought to let July know. Ne wasn't sure he cared given how odd he was normally. But if ne bothered to be honest with nemself, ne missed him.]

[He's been sitting on the bed and, while he doesn't hug back, he does lean against her.]

[It's good enough. Ne sits down next to him, arm still around him.]

What are you doing in here? One thought Setsuna was taking you out.

[Ne shifts around on the bed, making it easier for nem to hold him while he leans on nem.]

One should have returned sooner, but this is a better welcome than expected.

[Such a simple way to think. Ne bends down and kisses the top of his head.]

Yes, this One will stay. [Unless told otherwise, but ne's not going to tell him that. Then again, ne wouldn't leave him if ne did leave.]

[He nods and closes his eyes. What he doesn't say is that he stayed awake this whole time waiting for Hatter to come back.]

[Ne'll just hold him then as he sleeps. Ne has no place else to go and even if ne did...it could wait.]

[That's good because unless he's moved, he's not going anywhere for awhile.]

[Nope, he doesn't have to. Ne'll just hold him until he wakes up on his own and then they'll spend the rest of the day doing something.]

[A long while later, he wakes up and rubs his eye then looks up at her.

Oops. He fell asleep.]
