Video//Action for housemates

[Following on the tracks of this, July has reappeared. In the kitchen of the place where he lives. On the counter he has several bags from the store that he apparently went to. Now he's there making food, cutting up vegetables in a perfect mimic of what he saw his curse father do.

He seems to be just fine, no harm done at all.

He also hasn't noticed that his device is recording.]

[He watches the feather go into his mirror but isn't bothered by the fact or even by the wings. All of it is fine. Whatever Hatter wants.

Nodding, he takes his mirror back and puts it in his pocket then goes back to cutting meat.]

What are you making?

Fried rice.

[Ne doesn't remember him saying anything about cooking before, only tea.]

When did you learn to make that?

[Thank you for not putting that any other way July because ne'd rather not remember that.]

We will have to thank him then.

[For being somewhat useful after all.]

[And time to cook the chicken too.]

[And that should be an interesting conversation all around...]

[He cooks more, adding things together then goes over to a pot where there's a bunch of cooked rice.]

Do you need any help?

[He shakes his head because nope. He's going to do this one his own for her.]

[Then ne will sit and watch him until he is done.]

[The pot is heavy but he doesn't ask for help as he lifts it and starts mixing everything.]

[If he wants help, ne knows he'll ask. In the meanwhile, ne might get up and pour them both something to drink, placing his close by because he won't think about that otherwise.]

[He stops to have a small sip of his drink then keeps cooking the rice to make it brown. He's not big enough to do it like Li does it but he does his best all the same.

When it's nicely browned, he turns the heat off then puts some in a bowl. Grabbing a spoon, he climbs down and carries it over to Hatter, holding it out for her.]

[Ne has no doubt it is done and properly cooked since ne'd seen him do other things just as well. After a small bite ne smiles at him.]

[July nods then goes back over to clean up because leaving a mess is bad.]

[Aww such a good boy.]
