I always like these weekends when they start because it's fun to have all these different people here.

But then there are too many and they're too loud in my head and I can't keep them out and I get a headache and I get so very tired.

They're even in the Library today, so many here, so I think maybe I'll go hide in my house.

Is this a common problem for you? Obviously these weekends are tiring, as there are quite a few people around and emotions run high but. Otherwise, I mean.

Oh gosh, I don't try to listen, I swear! I try really really hard to be good and not hear anything, but sometimes people are just so loud and I can't help it.

But the Library is usually quiet and I live far in the woods, so there's not many people.

Oh no no no I'm not implying that at all. I know what it means to try and stay out of the minds of others and I know that it simply isn't always possible.

Does distance help, in your case?

I... guess? If there's no people then it's better. But if it's someone I know really well I can still sort of always... know where they are, I guess.

Mostly I just know how people are feeling and mostly nobody gets mad at you about that, especially if you don't say anything, but they get mad if you answer something they didn't say. But sometimes if they're loud or there's lots... it just happens.
