[It's the last day before nir most recent trade with the deities is up, and while Hatter hasn't been out much due to  that trade (why risk anything happening when ne's powerless?) ne is out today. Even devils must shop for things occasionally, but especially when they have a human child living with them. So ne shall be out in the crowds, in and out of stores and along the way.]

It really is advisable to stay in on these weekends, but some errands are rather pressing at times.

[It is probably questionable whether or not the child Impetus carries is human. The 'father' was a rather... unique case, and their pregnancy was something Impetus had never wanted. It was something highly tampered with. She doesn't hold herself like a joyful pregnant woman, although her hands remain constantly on the very large bump.

She's not one to normally be stressed, but with her baby due any day now, she is incredibly anxious to be without Adrien at this time. She's paused at a display of children's toys and is staring at them with blank eyes.]

[It's been a while since ne's seen Carla but...no it's not been that long, so seeing her like this, in that condition comes as quite the surprise.]

[Her head turns, eyes narrowed. Impetus is nearly ten years older than the woman who lives in this city, although it doesn't show in her face. Her looks have been a large part of her 'career' and she has never suffered the way Carla did -- a sorrow that etched itself into her eyes. Even with the baby, Impetus holds herself differently, she's self-contained, shoulders squared off rather than the loose and often aggressive way Carla presents.]

[As if she didn't hear. A sweet smell follows her words, subtle. It's a pheromone that she uses when she wants to hear the truth and she matches it with a coaxing tone.]

Just a bit. I was hoping it was going to be something exciting like... I got magic'd away to some cool land and would get to ride a big white dragon and save some princess.

You could always check the Underground and see if there are any there. Dragons or princesses in need of rescue.

Well, I could get that Blue Eyes White Dragon card and just pretend to fly on it. Seems much safer than getting an actual dragon.
