She's got a stranger in tow with her... someone she doesn't know or care about, but he had a newly broken arm and might be in danger of shock, so she took it upon herself to drag him to the hospital. People were happy to give her directions. But the hospital is as busy as the City outside, and she is getting tired of waiting for someone to see the stranger.
