[Rose walks along the various shops holding a shopping bag. She notices more people milling around than usual.]

Well, don't you fit right in?

[ Maybe the Doctor's been looking for her. He certainly grins brightly when he sees her. ]

[missrosetyler]

Could say the same thing about you.

[She stares at him with a small smile.]

[leathered]

Went native awful quick, didn't you, Rose Tyler? Land the TARDIS, turn around, and now you've shopping bags.

[missrosetyler]

Couldn't help it, Doctor. Suppose it's just in my nature.

[She can't help but humor him for the moment.]

Where is the TARDIS anyway?

[leathered]

[ He thumbs behind him. ] Alleyway back there behind a bookstore. Don't tell me you want to leave already? We've barely arrived!

[missrosetyler]

[Her eyes light up for a moment at the possibility but then she frowns.]

I know. Well actually more like you've just arrived. I've been sort of stuck here for sometime.

[leathered]

What? [ He furrows his brow in confusion. ] It's not like I dropped you off and went looking for a place to park.

[missrosetyler]

I know you didn't. But it's been ages since I've seen you, Doctor. Not your fault though so please don't think that. This place is the City and I suppose for a while you're stuck as well.

[leathered]

[ Well, that wipes the grin from his face. He isn't a big fan of being stuck anywhere. ] Did you learn dimension-hopping by yourself? [ Otherwise, it totally has to be his fault. ]

[missrosetyler]

[Rose bites her lip for a moment.]

Not really. Had some help.

[Which is partly true.]

Bit of a long story. So where did we go last?

[leathered]

Just dropped off egg Blon at the nursery. Come to think, I haven't seen Jack in a while either. Don't suppose he's here with you?

[missrosetyler]

[She grins.]

I remember that bit. Haven't seen Jack since...

[She pauses for a moment and looks away.]

Well eons. Anyway never really know around here with people. There's always a possibility that he might be.
