[It's Gwaine that gets to the door first, followed by Phantom. Both animals are making a world of noise and when Charlie opens the door, they stay inside. They're looking up at Rapunzel, tails wagging.

Meanwhile, Charlie just steps past the two of them and wraps her arms around her best friends shoulders in a hug. And she says nothing. It looked like Rapunzel really needed it.]

[Rapunzel just starts sobbing in Charlie's arms. It hurts...why did it hurt so much? She didn't even know Percy that long...god, it was like Flynn leaving all over again...]

Hey, sweetie. [Charlie just keeps hugging, fingers running through Rapunzel's hair for a moment. Phantom and Gwaine have sat down to watch, concerned. Gwaine whines slightly, sniffing Rapunzel's feet before backing up. Charlie holds onto her friend for a while, trying to be reassuring.]

Come on in. It's freezing out.

[Charlie leads her inside, nudging her to the couch.] Sit down. I'll be back in a bit.

[She'll be off to the kitchen to make some tea and bring out some cookies. When she returns with that, it's set on the coffee table and she sits next to her friend.]

[Phantom has decided Rapunel also needs fox snuggles and Gwaine sits at her feet, looking up at her with concern.]

I did know that...I helped pick them out, actually.

...heh. There was a dumb curse that day, but I think it was the first time I ever thought I might...well you know...like him.
