Well, a computer virus is like a sickness, in a way, but it's caused by someone else to corrupt your device. In this case it looks like someone is writing and sending these messages without permission.

Well, there have been a couple of times when you could get these tokens-- they're supposed to reverse the effects if you use them.

I've never actually used one. I don't think they'd work on things like-- well, what happened earlier this month, because that wasn't like a normal curse.
