[ There appears to be a new worker at the Jasmine Dragon. Immaculately dressed with clean makeup, she's an enthusiastic waitress with a flawless smile. It isn't Berthier, of course, but a young brunette with strangely empty eyes. Her name is Yasmine; does anyone remember hiring her? ]

[ She's an efficient worker, that Yasmine, but everyone who leaves one of her tables seems to be leaving with a rain cloud over their heads. Must be a hard day in the city. ]

[There's no pause between the statement and her brisk steps off to arrange the drink for him. He's given no time to relax back either, she's right back with it. Drink drink drink.]

[ Literally no time to relax - he's barely settled back into his chair by the time she's back. He's surprised and almost startled by her return, posture tensing again a bit. But he does smile, slightly. ]

Oh, uh-- that was fast. Thank you.

[ And, now with tea in hand, he does settle back, taking a tentatively curious sip. Apparently it goes well, as a moment later, a fuller swallow follows it. ]
