As it stands, there's a fair amount of clean-up needed. The front door is hanging on its hinges, and the security system will have to be completely replaced. I can't be certain but the carpeting might have to be replaced... and the French doors on the balcony. It's rather a mess, I'm afraid. Does this sound like something you'd be able to help me with?
