[ There's blood on her face. It's not the first time that Carla's been on the network covered in blood, but she doesn't always look so gleeful about it. Her brown eyes are bright, her smile wide. There's a gun held loosely in her hand.

There are a pair of dead ghouls at her feet. Two women. One with white-blonde hair, the other Asian in her coloring. Carla's foot nudges the corpses lazily for a moment before her hand comes up.

She puts the muzzle of her gun against her temple, eyes closing. She's still grinning and she laughs breathlessly. ]

Just like home. When I was thirteen, I watched a Reanimate eat a kid. Sat on the fire escape and watched.

[ PSA: She's still a crazy bitch. She opens one eye in a wink. ]

Put it in their heads. Right in the fucking head.

That's today's public service announcement. Try not to get bitten.

[She beams at him, that gun in her hand lifting again to loll against her face. She treats it like a little girl would something soft and fluffy.]

[But they weren't always and there's something bitter in this grinning bloodlust she's in. She feels a certain kinship with these ghouls, and that means they deserve to be released from their undeath. And she can do it now, like she was too cold and cowardly to do before.
