[Wilson seriously has an issue with Penny getting up and walking around with a wound and a fever - both of which he fully considers to be his fault. But she won't go back to bed, and he knows (more from the network and less from her incoherent explanation) that Jimmy is down at the entrance in need of help. So, begrudgingly, he has to accept that the fastest way to get the both of them taken care of and somewhere safer than the entranceway is to just go along with her. At least he can keep an eye on her... for all the good that's done so far.
He's keeping an eye out for a lot of things - through the windows, for anything trying to get in, around the hallways, down each adjoining one, around each corner - and of course, looking out for the presumably injured young man.]
