I'm not really the right angel to be giving this message, but they always give the really good ones to the boys. And I am a messenger, if not the messenger. So here goes -

I don't think anyone could be humble all the time. That would be exhausting.

No--not quite a month. As you can almost certainly tell by my utter shock and surprise at casual encounters with divine or divinely-associated beings. Such as yourself.

What about you? You seem pretty well-adapted for a holy messenger stuck in a place like this. What's your secret?

Adaptability is part of the job. Besides, I first showed up here almost two years ago now. Gives a girl some time to settle in.

I'll say. You've got a definite advantage over me.

Ouch. If I weren't so taken by your...wings, I might just be hurt by that.

Don't you like anyone having an advantage over you?

No, I like to be the one with the advantage. C'mon--doesn't everyone?

Sometimes. Depends on the situation.

And here I thought angels were supposed to be pure.

That's a pretty relative term.
