It's that time of year again.

City Solutions will be throwing a Winter Wonderland themed Christmas party on Saturday the 22nd. All proceeds from the event will be going to local charitable organizations, such as the Welcome Center, so we'll be needing volunteers to help cater, decorate, entertain, and work security. All interested parties should RSVP to me directly.

[ Pepper quickly finishes the report she was writing and goes to the door. ]

Mr. Ryan. Please, come in.

[He enters, giving her a slight smile, and a firm handshake.]

[ She gestures to a chair as she clears off space on her desk for the blueprints. ]

Have a seat. So, why don't you show me what you had in mind?

[He sets them down on the desk and then sits.]

Now, I imagine that you've already hired security guards and bouncers. However, do you have security cameras? Any automated security whatsoever? It can certainly save on manpower, and I assure you, my designs are well tested and extremely efficient.

The building is fitted with state of the art security cameras, and an AI which oversees and operates them. But, show me your designs, I admit I'm no expert, but on a big night like this it can't hurt to have a little extra help.

[He spreads the designs out, showing security cameras as well as the designs for several automated turrets that look as though they're capable of flying.]

[He points to the turrets.]

Don't necessarily have to be armed with guns, of course. I don't think you're interested in shooting anyone at the party. But they work in concert with the security cameras, and, once deployed, they're remarkably efficient at escorting unwanted visitors out of the building.

[ Pepper's eyes widen at the sight of the turrets. ] No, no guns. I need strictly nonviolent methods of security. If you can make them so they just fly and usher people out, then that would work. But no guns.

Yes, of course. I think guns at any sort would be inappropriate for the type of event you're hosting. They're completely functional without the guns, and have proved effective without them before...

[He's scribbling something on the blueprints as he speaks, obviously thinking about the changes that need to be made.]

... and using robots instead of people for your security cuts down on the risk that an interloper may take umbrage at being asked to leave and hurt one of your guards.
