In a manner of speaking, yes. Good hitmen with a varied skill set are in high demand.

Beneficial in a place such as this.

In a world were true death is a rarity, defiantly need to have other skills.

The City is too small... despite the marvels that can be witnessed.

The City itself is but a small part of this world.
