[ Throwing that to where it richochets off a lamp and slides off across the wood floor. Then he ends up grabbing something black, a top hat that he has to punch inside to get standing right, sand cascading over the rim. ] Better, much better. So, city.

[ Picking up the cane he'd found, giving a twirl] Well City, how do I look?
