[Piglet's network device shows that the City's smallest citizen has been hard at work. Piglet tuptups from object to object, placing sticky notes on the brick exterior of a building, the bushes and trees around it, and even the walkway that leads into the City. By the thick stack of paper in his hands, it doesn't look like he's going to stop anytime soon, And if anyone cares to look more closely, the notes all look something like this.]
