[Charlie grins, almost laughing herself. Oh, strangers. One day she will be able to laugh around all of them. But David seems pretty damn awesome so far. So she's feeling more at ease.]

A Circus. It had me trapped and decided I was better off not me. Everything's fine now, though.

[She left her house a while ago so she's well on her way, two of her pets with her. A white fox and a smaller puppy. Long-haired daschund who trips over his own paws and thinks everything the fox does should be imitated. Charlie looks up when she hears Davids voice from the device AND from nearby so, off the device it goes as she heads over.]

The Circus turned me into a creature made of fire and dumped water on me if I didn't do as they asked.

I can see why David helped you. He hates when people put out fires. That, and you seem really nice.
