The Deities brought me. I'm just one of the permanent residents.

It's been...I dunno. A couple years now.

Because apparently Roxas has been here for a couple of years, and that alone is cause for concern... and optimism. Sort of. And also confusion, because a couple of years?]

Don't ask me. Magic, I guess. Time doesn't work the same here. Sora's been here just as long and I doubt you noticed him go missing back home.

Sora has? But- but I just saw him.

Figures he'd go charging in here first without knowing anything. Where is he?

I just said time doesn't work the same here.

[He doesn't smile back, but he doesn't look as irritated as he just sounded.]

Back home, probably. Unless he went out to buy something.

[Back home? At first Riku wants to question that, because Roxas just said that Sora was here, so how could he be back home, but then the other shoe drops and he realises that he must mean home here.

He really must have been here a long time.]

So you two got the chance to meet each other after all. That's good.

Sure. We're best friends. It is good.

[It's an awesome home. They can have sleepovers every night.]

[Well... he's picking up the tiniest bit of hostility there. Just a smidgen. And it's thoroughly deserved, after all.

It figures that the two of them would be friends and he's glad, he's really glad. After all, if they've both been stuck here for two years then it's really great that they've been there for each other, and been able to know one another.]
