My presence here will last but two days, I am told. And then I and the scepter will be sent off. Consider it, two days of peace in exchange for an artifact that will disappear with me, thus tying up two loose ends, or two days of absolute panic.

That's an even worse argument. Two days isn't that long.

I'm actually pretty well acquainted with that theory on a number of intimate and sordid levels. Still saying no.

I should also mention the female version of you in my lab and the talking penguin in my apartment.

Yeah she was in my lab earlier. She's inquisitive. Okay so we can move over there? Easier? Just to have everyone in one place. Easier to protect.
