I love these weekends. So many new faces. I'll be downtown for lunch if anyone cares to join me. My treat.

And if you were told, Sif, that you were a Jotun foundling. That you were taken to be kept, locked away and silenced by the All Father. That you were never to have the throne because you were never a son of the blood... well, tell me you would be so magnanimous as you would have me be.

If you were to tell me that, I would have to ask why.

And I cannot presume to know what it must have been like for you. But if you expect pity now that you have done so much, perhaps you should have asked for it before sending the Sentinel after us.

And I never wanted the throne. But when I had it, I only wanted loyalty. The second you had a chance, you betrayed me. After everything.

Now claim you loved him more than any of us. Claim it and I will break your teeth.

A mortal Odinson will take the throne, even more of a bitter sting.

And if I had not, Sif, what would you have done? Brought a mortal Thor back to Asgard? Left him to age and die on Midgard?

He proved himself worthy. No harm in the end.
