[ Because Howard is Howard, and because he is arrogant enough to, he dresses up as none other than himself, or at least the version of him that puts on a show up on a stage, wearing a top hat and an expensive suit with the added charm he lacks off it.

He's out walking around the Square, watching the odd behaviour of the citizens, which takes him a while to actually realise. He switches on the device and grins into it. ]

Never realised people took this holiday so seriously 'round these parts, starting to think I should'a dressed down a little.

[ He remembers Hallowe'ens from childhood. It's one of the reasons he also didn't bother with it. He's just wearing normal Tony clothes and happens to catch Howard's post on the network. (Like he doesn't have it set up to ping him whenever a new one of Howard's, or a handful of other peoples', posts pop up. ]

Of course I did. I am dressed up as none other than the genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist, Tony Stark. I just happened to have everything I needed so I went 'what the hell' and... Ta-da. [ yaayyyy...... ] Who're you? Or do you just like wearing the clothes? [ and sometimes so does he, so he can't find you at fault for that. also, it would be cool if they did like the same things, being as how he didn't know about such stuff the first go around. ]
