The 91st Song
[Rapunzel's been awfully distracted today, sighing dreamily at work and staring off the space.
In fact, when her shift gets off, she bolts right out, barely saying goodbye to everybody before she's on her way, making a beeline for Weasley's Wizard Wheezes.]
Ooooh, I hope I'm not late...he should still be there...Maybe I'll even talk to him today!
[She's got a grin on her face as she enters the shop, hiding behind one of the shelves of merchandise, peeking over it every so often, looking around hopefully for Percy.]
He should be here, this is still within his work hours...

[He goes back downstairs and gathers a few more fireworks, then returns a few minutes later.]

[That one goes in the middle of the circle, and he taps it before retreating to the safety zone. The firework explodes, and the 'Mayhem Maker' part of the name is immediately apparent. It's louder and rowdier than the others, with brighter, higher explosions and sparks spiraling off the main explosion.]

[He clears the debris from the other fireworks with a wave of his wand, then sets off the next one. It sends a tall fountain of white sparks upwards, and some of the sparks land on the ground and slither towards them, gleaming as silver as the moon.]

[This one is another stunner. It starts with a regular column of sparks shooting upwards, then forms into a ball of light with a long, gleaming tail that shines all the colors of the rainbow. It sweeps around several times in a wide, sweeping circle before bursting into a rainbow at the end.]

[She's just staring at them in awe. They're so beautiful...]

Good point. Okay, I'll go show her my notes, and I guess we'll both be back in a little bit!

[She gives him a wide smile and a nod.]
We'll be back later, then!

[This has been ... appropriately awkward.]
