In that case, we shall have to trick the trickster. He wants to rule, doesn't he? What if we tell him of a plan in action for ruling the City, and through it, the multiverse? Aside from our actual one, of course. Something to distract him long enough to impress him of our point.

If the small clip I saw was accurate, he will want to rule us. So we let ourselves be ruled. Not actually obviously. You can do a lot from a fake lower role. We are young Lokis who wish to ascend to his level. We might tell him of the sceptre, but we don't give him the complete picture. How does that one sound? I never met him.
