If the small clip I saw was accurate, he will want to rule us. So we let ourselves be ruled. Not actually obviously. You can do a lot from a fake lower role. We are young Lokis who wish to ascend to his level. We might tell him of the sceptre, but we don't give him the complete picture. How does that one sound? I never met him.
