Such curious devices, and yet so faulty. Or perhaps the innocuous yet rather inconveniently unintentional recordings are simply a feature? But that's enough of complaining about what is, essentially, a free resource.

Truly, this is quite the fascinating city. But what I find the most interesting is its elusive history.

The carousel, the clock, these deities, and even a Warden. Handpicked not from nor by the natives but from and by us, the captives.

[He looks like he wants to ask more about it, but instead, he shifts gears.]

Fullmetal, it's been nearly two weeks. I believe playtime is over.

[A ~friendly~ grin before he cuts the feed off.]

Fullmetal?

Who is Fullmetal?

A former coworker of mine- though he tends to be rather loud, it's natural if you haven't seen him. He's a bit lacking in height and therefore more than easily overlooked.

Captain.

[A more pleasant, professional smile.]

He's a former colleague - an alchemist as I am.

Does he have the same tricks?

Oh. You mean the little blonde boy?

Edward Elric, I think he called himself.

Indeed, with a wider range in application, in fact. He was widely known around the military for both his expertise and his age.

Would he be interested in joining the police force?

Yes, that would be him. You've met him, then. I see he's had the time to make friends while remaining idle.

I wouldn't say friends. He asked some questions about the City. I answered them.

[ Answered them stupidly. ]

Idle? Is he part of some important work?

I would think that quite depends on you, Captain. When I say he's known for his age, I mean he's rather young despite his genius. Fifteen, I believe.

Where I'm from fifteen year old kids lie to join the army.

That's not a problem where you're from?

You could say that, but that's a more appropriate question for him, don't you think?

Is he a carpenter or something? He made a really nice bench.

It's all a matter of ability, really. He joined quite willingly, which is a rarity in itself, unfortunately. We were hardly a popular organization, you could say.
