[Turlough is in his room in the Tardis. He's out of the regular school uniform, and instead in a simple (if rather 80s) jeans and t-shirt combo. He's scowling in the mirror, arms crossed over his chest to obscure the script. He turns around to find a jumper to cover it up with, and in the process gives the viewers an extremely clear shot of what his shirt says.

I enjoy the City's idea of a prank less and less each day. Did anyone else wake up today with a new wardrobe addition?


[ooc: Feel free to bump into him around town. One of the perks of this t-shirt is that the Misos Triangle is going to be visible on his arm, a branding for prisoners on his planet. Perks for me, anyway. He's going to be grumpy about it. :-D]

[Oh hey, it's that ginger kid with a low opinion of "Earth engineering". He folds his arms over his chest in an unconscious effort to block the text on his own shirt, inadvertently putting the clock on his arm front and center.]

This City's got some fashion sense, huh.

[He glances down at it for a moment, as though he'd forgotten it was there.]

What, the clock?

[There's a pause.]

It doesn't tick down while I'm in the City. [Which is basically a yes, even if indirectly.]

Interesting. I wondering if that means people who are dying at home aren't while they're here.

I don't know. [He certainly hasn't heard of anything like it while he's been in the City.] Maybe I'm a special case.

There's no one else from your world here, is there?

No. [He pauses.] Not for more than a day, anyway.

[His pale eyes are sweeping over the rest of him now, taking in the departure form his usual look.]

You've got one as well haven't you?

[He has to glance down at himself before he realizes what Turlough means by that.]

The t-shirt? Yeah. [His arms aren't moving.]
