I guess the usual questions are in order now, things like where you came from, how long you've been here, are you alone or did people from your world come as well?

I come from the Soviet Union. I've been here off and on for.. hnn.. about two years now?

Two people from my world and time came here but weren't here for long. There was someone from the future as well but they recently left.

Very, very strange. It's been a shock and a relief though. It seems the future doesn't turn out to bad.

Not too bad, no. It's not perfect, but at least it's not like when my parents were kids with the atomic bomb drills in public schools.

Two years is a long time. I haven't talked to many people who have been here that long.

I returned home after a year, so when I came back here, my memories have been a bit fuzzy.

I do. I remember some curses, the people I met, some of the events that happened but not every little thing.
