Good.
They aren't new. I've been associated with the police for years and, even at our most efficient, there were complaints. I had no intention of leaving without establishing a sense of order.

I do understand the coming and going problem. It makes just about anything long term difficult here.

Have you tried to talk with the other type of citizens and come to some sort of an agreement between those with powers and those without? That might be too diverse....

There have been some attempts in the past, but you're right; it's a losing battle.
