[Rapunzel is pretty bummed that Toph is gone, and it shows. She's working, but she's just not fully...into it today.]

I'm not really sure how to be in charge of anything, Charlie...I miss Mister Iroh...he'd know what to do...

I know, Rapunzel. Me, either. Toph would want us to figure this out, though. So. Here's what I think we should do. Close for a couple of days, hire and train people and then reopen with a fresh start.

Sounds good to me. What do you think we'll need to look for in terms of new hires? I mean, if we're gonna be the bosses, do we still get to work the tables or should we get somebody else to do that?

Oh, I've met Pavel! He made this weird fish thing for Percy and Ginny's birthday, it was really good! He seems nice, and Dulcie is great.

A handbook would be a great idea. I'll work on writing down all the tea recipes and food recipes, making them into a big book.
