[ The Doctor looks pleased, taking a deep breath and then he is doing a truly remarkable impression of a drum roll. While Amy is not giggling. Really. ]

Guess what, City? We're back. Did you miss us?

[ A beat. ] You better have. Roll call, who's here? Barnes, you better not have left while I was gone or I will confiscate all your alcohol.

I knew someone who could regenerate, but it didn't let her do that.

Claire Bennet. She isn't here anymore, hasn't been for a long while—but she could heal herself.

Ah. Not quite the same, but interesting nonetheless. My regeneration is more of a end thing. I have to be on the brink of death to do it. Kick start the whole process again. I literally become a new man.

Yes, well, it took my eighth self a little bit of time, but I got there in the end. There are three of us in the City right now, shouldn't happen of course, big ol' time paradox right there. But apparently we haven't blown up the universe yet, so I imagine it's okay.
