Sure as hell seems like yesterday's made people a little crazy around the eyes.[ Bucky sounds amused though, having just got off his shift. He's maybe staying at the bar for a while, the bar is where the beer's at, and Bucky does like beer. But he looks more relaxed than he has been doing, so. ]

Everyone should'a known it was a sting from the get-go, but that don't mean people've got to keep bein' strange about it. [ He has broken up so many fights today, god.

And speaking of -. ] Hey, you. [ The camera dips because clearly he's motioning something to some rowdy guy across the room. ] I told y'already buddy, one more loud word out'a you and I'm throwing you and your punk cronies out, got it?

[ Then back to the camera. ] See. Lining up ain't natural for the soul.

Yesterday was nothing. You haven't seen the Trekkies being denied their autographs or the Star Wards kids their pictures with the Leia model at the babe booth yet.

And that's why I stayed home. Plus, a con line is way too much of an opportunity for the inevitable stink to begin.

While I don't know what a con line is, I do know how bad a stench a bunch of guys stuck in one place can make, so I'm pretty glad I bypassed it myself.

Trekkies are fans of a show called Star Trek and Star Wars is a movie. Sometimes the two think they are rivals. Both are very serious about their hobbies. Both can be as bad as yesterday. Or worse.

[She should know. She may have gone to one or two conventions in a past life.]

Con is short for convention, which was what everybody thought they were waiting to get into yesterday. Billy and Teddy included.

[Pause.]

Need help throwing somebody out? [Please say yes. Sometimes she misses knocking around a couple of rowdy folks.]

No, they line up to get inside the building where they can buy stuff like trading cards, books, videos, shirts, yadda yadda yadda. Lots of fans to get into one place means lots of lines.

That's not the fun part unless you really know how to take the opportunity to party.

[Excuse him. Ginny is the same age as Kate and she works there.]

Because he probably couldn't stop himself. He does it to Steve and Steve could break his face. He just can't let the people he cares about deal with everything by themselves. ]

[ Which is why Bucky lurks near her always. ]

Ain't nothing t'do with the government seeming like a party t'me. [ Because hello, he is completely misreading the situation. ]

Understandable, but you're missing out on probably meeting some fantastic people.

[Ah, the things she misses about home.]

I'm at work. [She swings the device around to show her office at the hospital, at least two or three computers set up and running some sort of program.] Unless they changed the rules on me, I don't think coming back from lunch smelling like fun will get me a raise.

[She let him see her when she avoided everyone else, so she does understand that. (Finally.)]

And us girls at the Blue Light are incredibly grateful. Though I'm sure I can take on a few myself.

I honestly have no idea what you're talking about now. This doesn't have anything to do with the government?

One has to think of it as an opportunity- a line full of captive clients can be lucrative if one takes advantage of the situation properly.

Coulson was in rare form yesterday.
